Responsibilities

• Lead customer service and styling recommendations to drive store metrics.
• Act as manager-on-duty to drive engagement and operational excellence.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring and onboarding to build a strong brand and team.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, payroll, and zone management.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure stock placement, omni-channel order processing and visual standards.
• Uphold safety, inventory accuracy and adherence to policy.
