Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Store Leader to drive exceptional customer experiences and profitability on the sales floor. You will lead a high-performing team, set and achieve sales, service, and merchandising standards, and coach future leaders to sustain growth.

You will spend significant time on the sales floor, guiding associates, managing daily operations, and ensuring a positive, welcoming environment for customers. This role requires a full-time schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Assistant Store Leaders and Team Leaders to achieve sales, customer service and visual merchandising goals.
• Guide, align and communicate store goals, mission, and initiatives to all associates.
• Establish and manage key metrics including sales, visual standards, safety, loss prevention, payroll, scheduling and training.
