Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead at Kings Plaza Mall to guide daily store operations and lead a team in delivering memorable customer experiences. As Leader on Duty, you’ll coach staff, manage openings/closes, and ensure inventory accuracy while showcasing POP MART products and exclusive collaborations.

You will report to the Store Manager and help achieve KPIs, build guest relationships, and uphold brand standards across merchandising, events, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming or pop culture.
• Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others in a collaborative, inclusive team.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to interpret business metrics and use data to improve store performance.
• Basic computer skills and POS proficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
