UNTUCKit seeks a results-oriented retail leader to drive sales, coach the team on the sales floor, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role emphasizes clienteling, team motivation, and operational excellence to convert traffic into revenue.

The candidate will coach associates, manage daily store operations, and ensure a compelling, sales-focused environment while maintaining strong client relationships and effective use of POS tools.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams on the sales floor
• Proven ability to hit sales goals and drive revenue
• Strong clienteling and customer-relations skills
• Ability to coach and develop associates in real time
• Excellent communication and high-energy leadership

• Previous supervisor/key holder or assistant manager experience
• Familiarity with POS systems and Apple products

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to meet/exceed store sales goals
• Engage customers with personalized styling solutions
• Build client relationships through clienteling and follow-up
• Cross-sell and upsell to maximize transactions
• Communicate product value to drive conversions
• Motivate associates and build a high-performance selling culture
• Provide real-time coaching to improve selling techniques
• Oversee opening/closing, floor presentation, stockroom organization
• Monitor KPIs and use customer feedback to guide actions
