Qualifications

• Prior retail leadership or keyholder experience.
• Proven work experience as a Supervisor, Key holder or Assistant Manager.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours.
• High school degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on achieving store sales goals.
• Proactively engage customers and deliver personalized styling solutions.
• Coach associates to deliver high-performance selling behaviors.
• Open and close the store and maintain a selling-focused environment.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute insights from customer feedback and sales trends.
