UNTUCKit is seeking a results-driven retail leader to motivate a sales team on the store floor in Pittsburgh. You will convert traffic to revenue, elevate the customer experience, and mentor associates to exceed goals.

This role emphasizes clienteling, coaching, and delivering brand-building moments through every customer interaction. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, leading with energy, and upholding UNTUCKit’s CORE Values in a fast-paced environment.
