UNTUCKit is seeking a results-oriented store leader to drive sales from the floor, coach the team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership or supervisor experience is required.
• Strong clienteling and a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma required.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and client engagement by leading from the sales floor.
• Inspire associates, coach real-time selling techniques, and build a high-performance culture.
• Open/close the store and maintain a visually compelling, sales-focused floor.
• Monitor KPIs and leverage customer feedback to improve results.
