Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding guest service. You will manage a retail team, ensure compliance with policies, and optimize the guest shopping experience across a dynamic gaming environment.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, payroll management, and enforcing loss prevention while promoting loyalty programs and promotions to grow sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Promote omni‑channel orders, trade-ins, and loyalty programs.
• Recruit, hire, and develop high‑performing associates.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll and attendance.
• Maintain clean, organized, and merchandised stores per guidelines.
