Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business/marketing/merchandising preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales/guest service/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, including multiunit management.
• Provide exceptional guest service and promote store promotions.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll, ensuring coverage and accuracy.
• Maintain store appearance, inventory, and compliance with policies.
