Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager/ESM to supervise the front end and support pharmacy and retail operations. You will lead store teams, recruit and coach staff, and ensure execution of company strategies to improve sales and profitability.

You will collaborate with Store Manager to analyze data, drive KPIs, and manage scheduling, training, and regulatory compliance. The role requires flexibility, leadership, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience required.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or readiness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.

Responsabilités

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end of the store and makes recommendations on operations.
• Leads and manages store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of direct reports.
• Supports Store Manager with overall operation to achieve company deliverables and drives profitability.
• Manages store cash handling, inventory, and adherence to policies and procedures.
