Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager/ESM to supervise customer service associates and the front end of the store, while partnering with the Store Manager to improve overall operations and profitability. You will coach teams to deliver excellent customer service, resolve issues promptly, and use data to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completed Walgreens Community Internship Program or HS diploma with supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong communication and business acumen.
• Must complete Store Manager training program (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and front end/store operations.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of direct reports.
• Ensure proper merchandising, protection of store assets, and improves store sales and profitability.
• Support Store Manager and operate in manager's absence.
