Walgreens is hiring a Store Manager/ESM to lead the front-end and pharmacy operations, driving customer experience and profitability. You will supervise team members, recruit and coach staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and compliance, and partner with leadership to meet company objectives.

The role requires flexibility, leadership, and a track record in retail or pharmacy operations, with opportunities for advancement and relocation as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent with managerial track record.
• High school diploma or GED with supervisory experience qualifies.
• Completion of Walgreens LEAP or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials.
• Walgreens Community Internship program exposure is a plus.
