Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager/ESM candidate to supervise customer service associates and front-end operations. You will collaborate with management to achieve company deliverables, recruit and develop the team, and ensure merchandising and cash controls are in place.

You will coach teams, monitor customer service metrics, and plan staffing to meet peak periods while complying with all policies and laws. A path to Store Manager promotion may require relocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record; all majors welcome or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities including ethics, motivation, and communication; strong business acumen.
• Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start date for ESM role.
