Sephora is seeking an Operations Leader at the MI-Briarwood Mall location in Ann Arbor, MI. You will drive store operations, oversee inventory, merchandising, and coach teammates to deliver a standout client experience.

In this full-time hourly role, you’ll lead the operations team, ensure standards are met, and promote an inclusive, high-performance culture. You’ll collaborate with partners to meet sales goals and uphold Sephora’s brand.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled at motivating teams and fostering a collaborative, goal-driven culture of accountability and success.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Lead visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance to drive Sephora’s brand and sales.
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Coach and develop team members to follow processes and measure performance.
• Promote inclusivity and teamwork to empower staff.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
