• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitors customer service and trains team members to improve the experience.
• Oversees store and pharmacy operations, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Manages merchandising, inventory levels, and stock replenishment.
• Ensures compliance with policies, laws, and safety standards.
• Develops and executes plans to grow sales and control costs.
