Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. in Fayetteville, AR seeks a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive quality service, coach staff and manage cash, inventory and safety.

You will oversee open/close procedures, scheduling, and KPI achievement while ensuring compliance with regulations, loss prevention, and a world-class customer experience through effective team leadership and problem solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent OR 5–7 years leadership/supervisory experience.
• 3+ years leadership in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills to influence, persuade and engage a mobile workforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including open/close, work orders, CICO, customer service, staffing and scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.
• Drive team performance to meet KPIs and company goals, including NPS, Time to Serve, job completion, conversion and quality metrics, with regulatory compliance.
• Ensure technicians are SafeTech certified through training and coaching for quality installs/repairs.
• Provide guidance on vehicle/equipment maintenance and recordkeeping; collaborate with marketing for proper displays.
• Deliver world-class customer service by promptly addressing client complaints and warranty issues.
• All other duties as assigned.
