Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates Express and Bonobos; Cross Creek store in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Store Manager to drive all aspects of the customer experience and store operations. You will attract, develop and lead talent, ensure high-quality customer experiences, and manage daily operations including merchandising and safety.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of store-management experience with $3M+ annual sales, proven sales growth ability, and strong recruitment/-training skills;

Qualifications

• Three to five years store-management experience with annual sales volume of $3 million plus.
• Proven ability to increase sales and store profitability.
• Proven ability to network, recruit, interview, train, develop and promote associates.
• Ability to travel periodically for meetings.
• Ability to move medium to large items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer experience and store operations; lead talent development and high team morale.
• Lead merchandising, visual presentation, and product promotions.
• Analyze business metrics and execute action plans to improve sales.
• Ensure safety, policies, and omni-channel operations; manage schedules and loss prevention.
