Job summary

Blarney Castle stores are seeking a Store Manager who will lead a team of associates, acting as the front-of-store leader and coaching staff in the moment to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage operating reports, staffing, and store standards in a fast-paced environment. On-site work at our Michigan location is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Progress toward or completion of a bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• Five years of relevant work experience including leadership and supervisory responsibilities.
• Demonstrated basic math skills to prepare and interpret operating reports.
• Able to read, write, and comprehend instructions, procedures and training materials; implement guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and inspire assigned staff to perform tasks that grow the business.
• Ensure every customer receives immediate, undivided attention from staff.
• Maintain Superior Service standards with all customers.
• Analyze sales and expense information to maximize sales and profits.
• Monitor staffing levels to support operations and employee development.
• Promote teamwork and an inclusive environment.
