You will drive store performance, coach associates, manage payroll and schedules, and ensure brand standards while building community connections through in-store events and philanthropy. Must be 18+, with 5+ years retail management and 2 years in a Store Manager role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience required; 2 of those years in a Store Manager position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Demonstrates an ownership mindset and leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve sales goals and deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Define vision and strategy to prioritize customer culture, operational excellence, and business results.
