In this role you will own the financial performance, manage payroll and schedules, and communicate clear expectations while mentoring talent and maintaining brand standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience required; 2 of those years in a Store Manager position.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, holidays.
• Demonstrates ownership mindset and leads by example.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear vision to drive a customer-centered culture and deliver results.
• Hire, develop and coach a retail team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Own store financial performance; manage payroll and schedules; achieve sales goals.
• Lead via clear expectations, guidance, feedback, and empowerment of the team.
• Use store reporting to create action plans to improve metrics and run the business.
