Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into priorities and daily actions.
• Drive product storytelling and selling behaviors while protecting the customer experience tone.
• Provide category insights using company tools and reports.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards.
• Lead talent lifecycle decisions with the Store Manager.
• Direct supervision of Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• Lead in higher volume or more complex stores to drive performance.
