Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Manager to lead store teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences to grow top-line sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role guides Brand Supervisors and coaches associates, reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, translating brand direction into daily actions while upholding visual standards and store operations.

Qualifications

• This role requires a passion for the Victoria’s Secret brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and frequent bending, stretching, and prolonged standing.

Responsibilities

• Visual execution by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions.
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience.
• Category-level performance insights using company tools and reports.
• Sales floor and fitting room standards as applicable.
• Talent lifecycle including interviewing, hiring decisions, and performance management with the Store Manager.
• Direct reports including Supervisors and/or Selling Associates.
• This role leads performance and direction of the business in higher volume or complex stores.
