Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in the retail industry, with at least 2 years in a Store Manager role.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain a full store team and hold individuals accountable.

Responsibilities

• Model and uphold Brand culture, policies and procedures.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain store talent; ensure succession planning.
• Partner with Design and Merchandising through the Product Life Cycle for season looks.
• Lead merchandising to achieve healthy turnover and gross margin.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and safety.
• Coach selling behaviors to align with Brand expectations.
• Lead visual merchandising updates and product placement per Brand guidelines.
• Communicate Brand positioning and educate on lifestyle and product knowledge.
