Job summary

Kendra Scott, LLC is seeking a full-time Store Leader in Allen, TX to act as the CEO of the store, delivering WOW customer experiences while coaching a high-performing team. You will own the store’s guest relations, drive sales, and lead community engagement with integrity and energy.

You will recruit, train, and develop talent, manage the store P&L, and ensure operations align with brand standards. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a passion for the brand’s Family,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proven ability to lead a retail team and manage store operations.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
