Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott in West Village, Dallas is seeking a full-time Store Leader who acts as the CEO of the store. You will coach a diverse team, drive WOW customer experiences, and build strong community partnerships to grow the brand locally.

You will own the store's business plan, recruit top talent, and deliver strong sales results while upholding Kendra Scott's culture and asset protection standards. Exceptional communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Retail management leadership experience.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Create a customer-centric store environment and WOW service.
Drive sales by increasing store productivity and guest loyalty.
Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team; build community relationships.
Develop and coach teammates to grow and advance within the company.
Maintain trust and integrity; enforce policies and asset protection standards.
Communicate clearly and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Be nimble and willing to own multiple business areas.
Collaborate to foster teamwork and accountability toward goals.
Own store P&L and make data-driven decisions for revenue growth.
Demonstrate courage to lead through challenging situations and decisions.
Take ownership and hold self and team accountable for outcomes.
