Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents and safety rules.
• Strong math skills including percentages.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposits.
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, hiring and counseling including legal compliance and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and staff the store in compliance with laws.
• Train staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Set pay recommendations and advancement.
• Communicate expectations and ensure safety compliance.
• Open and close the store daily.
• Analyze operating statements for trends, profitability and shrink.
• Manage stock replenishment and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper merchandising, pricing and signage.
• Maintain security and cash control procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service leadership.
