Job summary

You will hire, coach, and develop staff, oversee risk and compliance, and coordinate with partners to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years relevant experience required (retail, customer service, and/or financial services industries).
• 1+ years leadership and coaching experience required.
• Knowledge of Bank product lines and store operations.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small store and team (based on U.S. TD Bank store levelling criteria).
• Oversee and lead a small/complex store while growing talent and delivering business results.
• Provide coaching, mentorship and guidance to teammates.
• Own store risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Lead customer relationships and referrals to Specialists to meet customer needs.
• Ensure store scheduling and operations support customer demand.
