Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years relevant experience in retail, customer service, or financial services.
• 1+ years leadership and coaching experience.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Bank product lines and store operations; risk awareness.
• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaboration across levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a legendary customer and colleague experience within the store.
• Leads and develops a team of service and advice colleagues on product and sales conversations.
• Coaches to resolve customer issues following formal guidelines and supports problem resolution.
• Represents the TD brand in the community and drives customer referrals to TD Specialists.
• Manages store-level budgets, schedules and daily operations; ensures risk controls.
