Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as diagrams, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all store employees and daily operations.
• Ensure proper staffing and staffing schedules; oversee training and performance evaluations.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and merchandising to meet targets.
• Maintain cash control, cashier accountability and store security practices.
• Foster superior customer service and a safe, well-organized store environment.
