Job summary

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage stockroom and sales floor, optimize payroll, and uphold safety, loss prevention, and excellent customer service. This role requires evening/weekend availability and reports to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of retail Store management experience.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to train and develop Associates.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Fluency in English; able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Store operations to meet company standards.
• Recruit, train and develop Assistant Managers and staff.
• Manage stockroom, front end, and sales floor operations.
• Plan schedules and control payroll within budget.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and customer service excellence.
