Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Honolulu is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and manage payroll and expenses while maintaining Windsor's Visual Guidelines. You will hire, coach and develop a high-performing team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists, delivering an Omni channel Oasis experience to every customer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Store Management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communicator in group and one-on-one settings.
• Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve.
• Flexible and reliable scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Drive store productivity in sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.
