Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a Store Manager for our Destin location. You will drive store performance, oversee daily operations, and lead a team of up to 25 associates to deliver a premier Oasis shopping experience.

You’ll analyze KPI metrics, maintain visual standards, and ensure consistent execution of Windsor’s merchandising directives while fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive store productivity in sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.
• Hire, lead and develop Co-Managers, Assistant Managers and Stylists.
• Ensure an omni-channel Oasis experience for every customer.
• Analyze KPI data and translate numbers into actions to improve performance.
• Maintain Windsor merchandising directives and Visual Guidelines.
