Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Wichita, KS is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store leadership, drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and coach a high-performing team of Stylists.

You will partner with the Store Manager to execute Windsor’s Merchandising Directive, maintain brand standards, and deliver an Omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer.

This role requires strong communication, hands-on leadership, reliability with opening/closing, and a commitment to Windsor values.

Qualifications

• You drive store sales and brand loyalty by delivering an omni-channel Oasis experience.
• You lead and develop a team of stylists toward high performance.
• You partner with the Store Manager to optimize payroll and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the sales floor and ensure execution of Windsor directives.
• Coach and motivate a team of up to 25 employees with clear feedback and recognition.
• Maintain store standards and brand adherence per Windsor guidelines.
