Broadhead Building Supply Do it Best is seeking a Store Manager in Mississippi to lead daily store operations, hire and train staff, and deliver outstanding customer service to the community. As the store leader, you will plan schedules, manage merchandising and promotions, control costs, and drive sales while building a motivated team and a welcoming shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to supervise other employees and understand the fundamentals of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory at appropriate levels and direct cycle counts.
• Coordinate sales promotions, marketing, and special events.
• Participate in the weekly ordering of merchandise and oversee deliveries and restocking.
