Responsibilities

• Lead store team to reflect brand values and promote an inclusive, positive atmosphere.
• Own store sales, profit results, and cost management per the P&L, including payroll and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and model professional behavior for the team.
• Communicate efficiently on the floor and behind the scenes to support operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and community partners.
• Ensure policies, standards, and procedures are understood and followed, including security and stock control.
• Drive customer loyalty and local brand presence with innovative initiatives.
• Coordinate stock placement and store operations with the wider business.
