As GM, you will recruit, coach, and develop managers and associates, implement standard operating procedures, ensure policy compliance, and create an inclusive, guest-focused culture that delivers outstanding results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5+ years retail management experience.
• Financial management experience: drive top-line sales and control expenses.
• Strong leadership and coaching to attract, develop, and motivate talent.
