Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a General Manager to lead a full-store team and drive top-line sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee performance, staffing, training, and operations across the store and salon, ensuring policy compliance and a culture of accountability.

The GM leads with vision, develops talent, and partners with senior leadership to execute store strategies, improve profitability, and sustain Ulta Beauty’s service standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Experience managing payroll budgets and controlling expenses.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to deliver top-line sales growth and customer service.
