Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years of fast-paced, retail management or related work experience.
• Experience in financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, payroll budgets and cost control.
• Retail management experience: inventory monitoring, operational excellence, service culture, merchandising directives.
• Leadership experience: attracting, developing and motivating talent, leading teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth and expense control.
• Use forecasts and budgets to schedule staff for productivity and payroll targets.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Maintain compliance with policies, dress code, and safety, and ensure effective store operations.
