Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a General Manager to lead a single store, driving top-line sales, service excellence, and cost control. You will build a high-performing team, recruit and develop talent, and ensure adherence to Ulta Beauty policies and standards to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and operational processes, champion inclusivity, and guide the store toward sustainable growth while maintaining a passion for beauty and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Experience driving top-line sales, payroll budgets, and expense control.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink goals.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Schedule staff to maximize productivity within payroll budgets.
• Develop and coach store leadership and associates for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and procedures.
• Lead guest engagement initiatives to deliver exceptional service and results.
