Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience required.
• Leads a team of 10+ associates in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and operational performance.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue for personal and store performance and KPIs.
• Lead customer experience excellence through coaching and example.
• Oversee recruiting, training, and development of staff.
• Ensure scheduling, inventory, pricing, and store standards.
• Maintain compliance with safety, ATF and OSHA requirements.
