Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience required.
• Leadership of 10 or more associates in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through personal and store sales, memberships, and KPIs.
• Lead customer experience excellence through coaching and example.
• Oversee recruiting, training, and development of store staff.
• Manage scheduling, inventory accuracy, merchandising, and store standards.
• Ensure compliance with firearm safety, ATF, OSHA, and company policies.
