Qualifications

• ,3+ years of retail sales or leadership experience.
• Led teams of 10+ associates.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and inventory tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and customer-focused solutions.
• Experience coaching, performance management, and development.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of store sales goals through exceptional customer service and team execution
• Maintain high-quality customer experience in both retail and range environments
• Oversee scheduling to align staffing with customer traffic and business needs
• Administer cash handling, receipts, and dispositions
• Ensure proper use of POS, inventory, and scheduling tools
• Oversee range maintenance team operations
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent
• Onboarding and training of new team members
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management
• Help develop associates through goal setting and development plans
• Maintain compliance with ATF regulations and safety policies
• Assist across store functions as needed
