• 2+ years directly supervising a diverse team with performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store ensuring SOPs and policies are followed.
• Deliver sales and KPI targets and develop team to hit objectives.
• Drive the customer brand promises and store workload planning.
• Lead shrink and safety programs to meet goals.
• Hire, train, coach and develop team members for advancement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and maintain cross-trained store operations.
