adidas is seeking a Store Manager in Los Angeles with a proven track record in retail leadership. You will recruit and coach teams, drive sales and service standards, and manage daily store operations from stock to cash wrap.

You’ll lead a customer-focused, high-performance culture, coach assistants, and partner with HR to ensure training and career development. The role emphasizes profitability and brand experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in business, retail management, or related field is required.
• Minimum 18 months experience in a sports/fashion retail environment with 12 months in store management.
• Excellent PC, POS, and software skills; strong communication and leadership capabilities.

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and development with HR and Retail Training Coach.
• Create a high-performance culture with clear expectations and timely feedback.
• Oversee service culture, drive selling time, and ensure leadership presence on the floor.
