Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development in-store in partnership with HR and Retail Training.
• Coach and develop Assistant Store Managers to achieve store goals and maximize performance.
• Drive a service and selling culture through adidas service model and ensure presence of a leader on the sales floor.
• Oversee store operations, including merchandise deliveries, cash wrap accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Maintain brand, product knowledge, and visual standards to deliver an optimal consumer experience.
