adidas is seeking a Store Manager in the United States (Denver area) to drive profitability, lead store operations, and foster a high-performance culture. You will recruit, onboard, train, and develop a team, delivering best-in-class customer service and executing adidas retail standards.

You will lead brand and product training, optimize store performance, and ensure a safe, compliant shopping environment while embodying the adidas spirit and values.

Qualifications

• Must have competencies for the role as described in the job posting.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills required.
• Minimum 18 months experience in a sports/fashion retail environment with at least 12 months of store management.

Responsibilities
