In this role you’ll oversee store operations, scheduling, and team development while upholding ALO’s guiding principles and culture. Strong leadership and communication are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mindset and business ownership attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store.
• Willingness to manage schedules and labor effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies.
• Lead a Sales, Operations, and Visual team to meet sales goals.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen through KPI metrics.
• Oversee scheduling, labor, and performance to ensure results.
• Represent and communicate ALO’s guiding principles to guests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve goals.
