Kroger Richmond, VA location, is seeking a results-driven store leader to drive daily operations, coaching and development of associates, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will supervise merchandising, labor, and budgets while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Successful candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years in a supervisory role, and leadership training. Bachelor’s degree and prior budgeting experience are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience at supervisor/assistant leader level or higher.
• Completion of Leadership Essentials Program preferred.
