Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience as an assistant store leader or equivalent role.
• Successful completion of the division's Leadership Essentials Program.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams in merchandising and operation initiatives to keep the store customer ready.
• Collaborate with store leaders and associates to identify opportunities and develop action plans for implementation.
• Achieve weekly, period, and annual sales, revenue and profit targets.
• Manage labor and costs daily to meet customer service and financial targets.
• Oversee store staffing, retention and turnover reduction.
