• Conduct regular observations and coaching of associates.
• Ensure roles across the team work together to serve customers effectively.
• Link performance results to behaviors to drive top-line sales.
• Independently manage labor hours to optimize sales and profit.
• Own and maintain brand visual merchandising standards across the store.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to execute brand actions and communicate requirements.
• Oversee floorset mapping, product launches, onboarding, and shipment processing.
• Be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and perform daily activities that require standing and movement.
